4

The Artist

Fact or Fiction

Players decide if the statement is fact or fiction. Think it's true? Hands up. Think it's false? Hands down.

What's the difference between Family Mode and Rogue Mode?

Family Mode uses the red dare cards and family-friendly challenges for ages 14+. Rogue Mode uses the black dare cards for bolder challenges and is intended for adults.

How many players can play?

Rogue Models is designed for 4–16 players. It works best with around 6–12 players.

What is the recommended age range?

Family Mode is recommended for ages 14+. Rogue Mode is intended for adults and may include drinking-related challenges.

How do I set up the game?

Place the board and spinner in the centre, arrange the category cards by colour and give each team a pencil and paper, keep the quick reference card near by to save reading the rule book as you play.

How does being a bad role model help you win?

Bluff, sabotage and complete challenges to gain an advantage over your opponents. The player who embraces the chaos most successfully has the best chance of winning.

What happens on a player's turn?

On your turn, you'll be the Rogue. Spin the wheel, complete the challenge, then pass the turn on. The Rogue acts as the referee and has the final say on any rules or disputes.

What do I do if a rule isn't clear?

The Rogue makes the final decision on unclear rules, scoring or timing. Keep the game moving and play in the spirit of fun.

Can we add in the perk cards at the start?

For your first game, i recommend introducing the Perk Cards after 20 minutes. This gives everyone a chance to learn the core game before adding extra mechanics. Feel free to start with them from the very beginning if you have played before.

Do I need alcohol to play?

No. Rogue Models can be played with or without alcohol, and Family Mode is completely alcohol-free.

How long does a game last?

Most games last between 60 and 120 minutes. The exact time depends on the number of players and how competitive the group is.
